It's not that it's weird, most of cases it's pure prejudice. I'll take me as an exemple, I'm not the type of guy who has a sensible spot on them, but I'm totaly okay with it. It's part of the touching in sex, so even if it's not an erogenous area, you can pretty much enjoy it. :P

Well, you can ask them why they don't like it, and maybe desconstruct this idea that it will hurt their masculinity or whatever. But if they tell you it make them feel bad, or something, they're on their right to not like it and then you should not force it on them.
