If the car was going to hit mokyeon and if the one that hit mokyeon was nanjo's car the scenario would probably be:
mokyeon fell/got hit and fainted, nanjo took him to the hospital.. and mokyeon took advantage of the situation to tie nanjo up so that he would always be by mokyeon's side(?) MAYBEEE
I hope it's the first half as you said, the car hits him and then someone takes him to hospital where when he wakes up he gets amnesia and starts living a new life...this is getting too much
If that's the case, wouldn't the manhwa come to an end? (=・ω・=)
