the empress dowager also had a child and its arlendo(?) which is known now as the first prince. the empress dowager switched her baby and the empress's baby. i don't know if the current empress's baby is still alive tho. so basically, she used her own son.
The empress swapped her baby (first prince) with the current emperor's baby (a girl, presumably killed to hide the evidence).

U know I thought this was gonna be choppy cuz usually the eng translation would be and the plot of the story would be the same as the million other cultivating manga but I'm glad I gave it chance becuz this is definitely different and a really good story. Now I gotta wait for updates
