UGHHH
I both love and hate this entire storyline! I waited and kept up to date with this for months to get an ending like this?!
She swore to never love him again and she had two beautifully handsome men right next to her and she STILL ended up with the emperor..
If Tia died towards the end; the title of Empress could have been the same as the past and with the damn Duke dead things would have been completely different.
Am I the only one upset over this? Yes? Okay I think I've vented enough..
I'm still not over this ending though omf.
My heart broke for Carsten.
HE WAS GOING TO CONFESS AND I CRIED HE LOOKED SO SAD. (´°ω°`)
I first saw the anime and I thought it was an amazing storyline, very unique. After I realized there wasn't anymore episodes I was quick to find the manga versions.
I didn't think I'd like it at first since female leads aren't always that great but Emma was absolutely wonderful. Her character development was such an amazing thing to watch and seeing how she was able to follow through with her suggestions and believing in Ray and Norman. The ending really hurt my heart and although I still want more I think the story would be ruined if there was.
I loved the artwork and the details that were included and even the side characters and the twists. I would reccomend ♡

Dude idk who was translating the last 4 chapters (excluding chapter 95) I was so confused at what was happening. The English was so fucking choppy and the photos were unorganized or just cropped wrong. I love that seigren had a cousin but with the horrid translations that introduced him were absolutely and utterly terrible which made the entire chapter underwhelming and when Bill Curtis made an appearance i just couldn't understand what he was trying to say, even the explanations and dramatic scenes were totally ruined. If you can't put an English sentence together and have to use Google or something else to guess what they're saying then just don't translate the story. I'm completely embarrassed for whoever translated those chapters.
