This feels a bit weird to me because the mc is clearly not at the same mental age as the other ones, or just plain stupid, i dont know. It just feels like theyre takiing advantage of his cluelesness

Hmm rather than publishing your work on this site, I highly recommend that you publish it on Webtoons or Webcomics. They are comic hosting companies/sites that give opportunities to "amateurs" to establish and nurture their passion for story making :)

Oh and are you familiar with Tower of God that was adapted into an anime? The author started in Webtoons, just like you :> You can even see the progress of the art!
The artstyle is so good to be wasted on this bullshit of a story, this shit was made just to be used as ragebait and it worked.
