Why do so many East Asian mangas not understand bisexuality? You’d think that with the progression of LGBTQ+ conversations on the internet, people wouldn’t think it so weird or uncommon to like more than one gender. Not to teabag on people that decide to write characters who aren’t well-versed or uneducated about LGBTQ+ (because at one point, I didn’t know you could like both either), but it’s literally the B… I don’t understand it.

in my perspective the author is just writing a character that is quite realistic. most east asians aren't educated in lgbtq+ because of harmful stereotypes and there are also a lot of homophobia in east asian countries which could be why people are scared. they're scared of the unknown yet they don't even try to know. let me know if i misunderstood your comment :) (also sorry if my english is bad)

Agreed. And most of the East Asian countries have their own sns where they marinate on more than what most people in the West use (like IG, X, etc.). So, we could assume that their knowledge about LGBTQ+ would likely still be constricted within their culture and beliefs rather than what's internationally progressive.

Why was she dark skinned in her previous life? I get that she’s supposed to be considered an outcast, but so many manhwa artists make a character dark skinned when they want a character to be weird or evil. It’s weird lol. Edit: the amount of ppl disagreeing is concerning
