omg finally a story where i genuinely want to see them get together instead of having the mls just doing each other two seconds after they meet
honestly, like everyone else i liked the second couple more than the first and i feel like the author wanted to focus on them more as they had more chapters dedicated to their development. Both characters suffer under struggles of power even though they come from different backgrounds, and thus their different perspectives on the same problems were really interesting to see. i liked how they got together and there was a little bit of dubious consent here and there but at least it wasnt as bad as the first couple?? oh my god. I really like the concept of being or "appearing" as perfect within a relationship and i feel like there was a lot to ways to go from there but the seme's development was too rushed and not earned so i never felt invested in their relationship.
honestly this has such an interesting plot, world building and character design. The action shots are the best part, they feel so smooth like I could envision a frame by frame animation. unfortunately the pacing and the execution of the story is too chaotic and all over the place, which ends up making it hard to follow and understand. Also it has the excuse of too many sex scenes and fucking so we dont actually have to write a good romance but eh thats just a common problem across all yaoi at this point ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

Please dont forget that character development is a thing. I know it's hard to think of it like this but people can change. Plus Yu has forgiven him and has given him a second chance, and with that along with Takamada's feelings he promises to be better for Yu. Please read everything before dissing on character! Takamada has done something bad but his character is redeemed, he has changed. (I am not defending rapists, however i believe that if they want to they can change. Which is Takamada's part. I was so reluctant in picking this back up but i reread everything and understood Takamada's character)
