Was reading episode 71 and the spineless bisexual comment took me out of the story. Uhhh, wtf author?? We don't need random biphobia here! Honestly ruined my enjoyment of the story. Also feels like the author's rushing the ending to the story.

Long story short, I think that's a very kind interpretation of what that character says. "I hated watching Jaewon get jerked around by your wishy-washy behavior. I wanted him to see you for the spineless bisexual you are and realize that you were someone who'd abandon him the second a decent woman came along."
It could've been "spineless jerk" and it would've made sense/sounded fine. I thought the guy was a closeted gay guy until she used the word bisexual. There's no mention of him being bi until that moment. It didn't even seem like he enjoyed dating her! That second sentence sounds like the common biphobic idea of bi people prioritize having straight partners to look good in society.
And that's jarring for *me* when the whole point of the story is for Jaewon to learn what it's like to fall in love and be gay in a relationship. He even deals with a subplot on homophobia/assumptions from a former college classmate. Why does a throwaway line have to have that kind of vibe. That's how it came across to me and I don't feel like I'm reading it wrong. Agree to disagree.

But there was a mention of how he knew he could feel attraction for guys but never like recognized that he liked jaewon or smth like that. I feel like the thing abt choosing a straight partner was what she shamed him for actually that is why she called him spineless jerk, he is actually not slef accepting dealing with like internalized homophobia and like hurt jaewon in the process? Reread the first three chapters and I'm wondering if there's a mindwipe of the mc, ml, and the mc's crew. Jun asks to meet mc's wife in the beginning... and halfway through chapter 3 it shows that the rest of the chapters going forward have been a flashback starting from a year ago. How'd the mc go from "I want you be a part of my orphanage dream" to calling the ml an asshole again?
Oh me toooo am so confused. So he gave him up again?? That's why he's locked and destroying everything in the room?
I have no idea if either of the couple have the other up, let's see! I kind of doubt it but wouldn't be surprised if there's a "I have to save him even if he'll never know our love!" plot twist.

Each chapter I'd be like, "you toxic piece of " to Jaekyung. Sometimes it was said angrily and other times it would be with increasing affection. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~ He's one of my favorite toxic tops for sure. Lookin forward to the side stories; it took them forever but happy he and Dan are finally on the same page.
