I read the comments about the translation but it was worse than I thought. I genuinely think that I've lost neurons trying to make sense out of this.

I was gliging by myself thinking that enoki could say on their first time: "Guess it's my turn to be the pitcher". HAHAHAHAHA
This is so wholesome it fried my brain.

This is like a wet dream for me. Quiting my job, having enough money to fool around and getting a partner in record time lol.

Look, the stories don't really develop a character that you can like or a plot to stick to. Is going so fast that it doesn't matter what they are doing, like in the first one the omega/beta starts panicking for not being sure of the alphas feeling but it doesn't matter anyway (?) are the alpha's groupies relevant? No. Just a cliché. Like the pregnancy shit is also so rushed, like the omega/beta realizes that he may be mourning the psychological pregnancy just for the alpha to fuck him the next second.
The next story is the more interesting, but again, rushed so stupidly, that's just bad storytelling cause there are other mangas and manwhas that do much more with less.
Only thing that makes this dump not sink is the art.

I have a theory of why the bottom was dating anyone who would ask.
Now, this may be me scraping some sense after reading this for the fifth time but...
I think the first scene when they meet in high school was love at first sight for both of them. The bottom seems to know very well who the top was in HS and didn't want to say it when they met in uni, maybe out of embarrassment.
I think that the bottom created the opening for the top to confess by building this image of someone who dated anyone, in hope for the top to get interested in him. He really isn't eager in dating these other people, also he didn't do it out of desire bc he never slept with them.
The bottom seems to be very on guard at the beginning bc he knew that he created this image but immediately folds when he sees that the top is genuine, that's why when they tell him about the bet, he immediately thinks of the first time he saw (and fell for) him, like: Damm all this work and yearn for this, I won't let him go now. I'll pay the 100 bucks.
I think the point of the whole story is that they seem to be more aligned in their feelings that they think. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

This manga is not only funny and sweet, it is also full of character development that is coherent and satisfying. The problems they face aren't unrealistic, they truly reflect the inner turmoil you feel when you are seventeen and start to question your place in your friend group, how they view you and how you view yourself.
The self pity, the insecurity that comes not from what others think but from the strength in your resolve, the weight of expanding your world view and so much more!
I came looking for a fun read but I'm leaving with so much more than that.

Even if the story may have some cliches, they are PERFECTLY EXECUTED. The way how the story never gets boring or fails at some point shows how well-written it is! I love how it`s not easy, how they fight, how they show that a couple does not always agree. Even secondary characters are nicely constructed.
