Manhwa name pls. I read it awhile back so it’s prolly completed by now. The mc is a girl w brown hair and I think she had like yellowish brown eyes. I believe she reincarnated into a girls body who is living as a daughter of the duke. However, the duke treats her awfully and basically neglects her (kinda). I believe she overhears him saying smth really mean abt her when she was gonna go talk to him when she had a fever. To get the duke to be nicer to her, she starts acting like the perfect daughter as she knows the content of the novel she’s in. I believe for her 16th bday, she goes to find the duke’s real daughter who has blonde hair and is living in a cottage w the mc’s real mother who was the bff of the duke’s wife who passed away. The mc’s mother switched babies at birth and left her biological child w the duke. I believe on mc’s real bday which is the day before the bday everyone thinks it is, the duke gifts her a ship model and tells her he’s building her a ship. However, deep down the mc knows she’s gonna leave him soon as she plans to reveal his true daughter on her bday banquet I think. I believe afterwards, she runs away and the duke panics as he started cherishing her as his daughter. During her run, I think she runs into the duke and has like a panic attack and faints. I believe mc comes back to the duchy to make a deal that she’ll live in the duchy for a couple more months(?).

Additional details I rmr: she had a childhood fiance who has blonde hair and lwk their first meeting went horrible. She overhears him saying to his dad that it’s a better use of his time reading books or studying at home than meeting mc. The ML fake smiles and acts fake to mc and mc tells him that he doesn’t need to fake being excited around her. I feel like this kinda breaks trust between them but the ML ends up falling for MC HARD. Like he’s devastated when she runs away and even offers to hide her when he finds her first. Also I believe the duke has black hair.
- also I believe the original daughter (who mc switched w at birth) is lwk a bitch and I don’t rmr who but someone else took over her body as well. I rmr og daughter and mc talking to the duke and og daughter starts begging to the duke for the mc to become her maid or smth.
