If someone is young enough to be impressionable by something like this, unable to separate it as fiction, they shouldn't be on the internet, and that is not the fault of the author.
If I were you, I would concentrate your efforts on mainstream media which gives bad impressions on people; the way women and queer people are presented in many stories shown on TV. Also, stories like Twilight and 50 shades might perhaps be harmful because they're aimed towards young, impressionable teens, often girls who may take the very questionable leads in those stories as idols. Stories like them are sold in great great volume, and I do believe authors have the responsibility to care for their target audience. However, as far as I'm aware, this story isn't rampant in mainstream media (far less than game of thrones which also contained incest) and definitely isn't aimed towards 13 year olds. Adults who read this, if having a healthy and developed brain, can separate this as fiction to read, entertain, and form analyses of. Again, if someone is young enough to be influenced by this, they shouldn't be on the internet, and if an adult were to be influenced by a story like this then that's absolutely not the fault of this author and they probably had something very broken in their mind that they already needed help with.
