I think Yiho made a deal to stay at the facility in exchange for Mino being set free. Also, if I had to divulge any other details, Yiho is still trying to take down the organization.
The good news is that the author is currently working on Season 4. Downside is that it's still in the Korean dub and I don't know when it will be released in English.
I found a site with the Korean dub and it's about 4 chapters in.
The bad news is that there's some legality issues (i.e. not paying starting authors appropriately, stealing their works, etc ) going on with the Korean version of webtoons (Naver) so that may prolong the process of the series release in the future.
The good news is the raws are showing present time with Mino and Yiho. Unfortunately, Yiho is now in custody and they're doing experiments on him.

In the raws so far, it shows psycha and gyro as kids in a war zone. At some point, they get taken by the enemy (I guess) and, based on how it looks, their enemy took them for more or less for the same reason that the current organization are kidnapping musk cats and such.
So, my guess is that psycha and gyro more or become the enemy's protege and they take over the current organization. And, since they've been part of the organization for so long, their morals are dangerously crossed.
Why is psyka acting like one of those highschool cheerleader girls who has a crush on the captain of the football team, but surprise, the crush is dating the book club nerdy girl?
That was the vibe I got from psyka and mino's interaction.
I was searching for the last chapters and I found them. The complete manga (in Spanish, I might add) was available on Scrb, (I think) but you need a subscription to use the site. However, to appease the masses, I did download the manga and have them. If you're interested, let me know.

I have some exciting news:
According to the Creator's twitter account, the 3rd season should be starting June 24th.
I like to think I found Pado (the artist) X / Twitter account, and based on what I saw / translated thanks to Google translate, there are a few things that are going on:
*Based on the main header of her account, I believe Season 3 is being made, but it's only available in Korean on Bomtoon comics and you need a specific type of network service to access it. There might be an English version coming in the future but not sure when.
*She's having some production issues(ie issues with her tablet and such) but on the other hand, she's branching out into different media interests. Maybe to help with creative burnout.
*Last, and probably the most crucial, she's been having various health issues over the past few months. From having major muscle spasms in her side to having what sounds like either asthma related problems or worse case pneumonia.
Anyway, hope this helps and answers some concerns.
I think the main reason why the uke is reacting this way is that he probably feels like he's getting played. Like, for years, his cousin was practically pimping him out to who knows who, all in the name of "success". Plus, his uncle, cousin's dad, made him think that he owed everything to both his uncle and cousin.
Then, suddenly, he meets the one person (Taekyuek) he thought actually cared about him (which, to be fair, taekyuek does). He was even thinking of how a future with him would be. Now, all of a sudden, he learns this person was (in his mind) part of the reason why his father is disabled, mom died, and how his extended family practically took advantage of him. So, honestly, I don't really blame him for being mad at Taekyuek, because he has every reason to think that Taekyuek is taking advantage of him, just like everyone else.
Before everyone sends the pitchforks at me, I also agree that both Sejoon and Taekyuek need to have another sit down conversation and talk about the current and their other personal issues. Hopefully it will be soon, but it might be a ways off
At this rate, I might as well wait for the whole story to come out on WebToon and read there to escape from all the "Spoiler" drama.
