I don't think it's like that. The man's married to her, but barely gets to spend time with her. I think he just wants some alone time with his wife who can't seem to read the room. She's so busy she doesn't have time for her siblings or her husband or her friends, but she seems to neglect her husband a lot

Lol they keep having several timeskips between chapters. I’m glad they were accurate in saying it’s been a year. 3 months would be unrealistic. They went from spring to winter in less than 10 chapters. They’re back in spring again.
