For me i prefer classical manga style

Honestly both work
But I think if you can do both, go with the one that fits the theme the best. If its a plot with dark themes, classical manga style could help that since its black and white and can set the mood.
But still, go for what works for you.

In my opinion, I enjoy classic manga style

webtoon for me, but that's just cuz i don't have that much of an attention span for all the dialogue that goes in the classic manga ... but if we're talking for NSFW scenes, you really can't beat how wild classic manga gets with all the sfx lol
