2. usually it’s the last chapter they left on, so they’ll start from there when there’s a new update
1. Yeaah you can open another tab and copy the link be it phone or laptop
2. I dont know if I should tell you this but its kinda like a bookmark where there are *certain scenes
i gotchu, so you can copy the link from either the website on computer or phone and just paste it in whatever comment it's relevant in.
for the second question, most people do that to remember what chapter they ended on so they'll know which chapter to go to next when it updates and they just repeat the process until it gets completed. similarly, if the manga/manhua in question is already done, people do this to let them know which chapter they stopped at.
Hi! As a camper of the question page, I have some answers for you. Usually, I answer questions using my laptop so I can access my list of links easily (Yes, we copy-paste the links). However, I'll sometimes use my phone. I have multiple tabs of Mangago on my phone, one for answering questions and one for searching for stories and copying the link.
For your second question, there are several reasons as to why people comment random chapters. One, it may be a reminder as to where they left off. Two, that chapter may have something significant that they want to mark it. Three, it's a warning (some fan fic readers do that).

for number 2, i sometimes do that when i want to read chapter updates a bunch at a time so i unsubscribe temporarily but i leave a comment so i don't forget where i left off
