Well, I don't know much about the politics of Spain, but in America we are going through out new elections for President. So far we have super old socialist Bernie Sanders who will ruin us, Hilary Clinton who will bankrupt us, Ted Cruz who is an asshole, and then we have Donald Trump. Who is an absolute idiot. I can't believe we have let him even run. He's talking about putting a lot of money into building a 'wall' along our border with Mexico. He's an absolute joke, so suffice to say, I'm a bit worried over this way as well. 20 is so Young! You should have fun and enjoy your early 20s as much as possible!! (I'm also an expert in procrastination! lol!! But as long as you get what you need to get done at the end of the day, that's all that matters!)

I'm a big fan of Bernie Sanders but it's true that I don't know much about politics in the sense of management. At least he fights for social justice, which is something that I appreciate. I know everyone you mentioned, and I hate Trump and Cruz for A LOT of reasons. I can't believe, either, that they are allowed in the elections.
I have fun just as anyone. I like watching movies with friends, going out for a meal, hanging out to talk about things. I'm not a party person, but sometimes I might join one as well (only if there's rock music involved). I like concerts and nature and chatting about random things.
For a living, you say? I live with my parents and for now I'm not allowed to go anywhere til I finish my studies ^^'' The US is different from Spain in that matter. Here, you normally don't leave home until you finish your career and find a job, and even then you might stay for a while longer at your parent's home. Next semester I'm going to California to study abroad with a scholarship :D Are you working? x

I've always liked the way other countries viewed education. It's a lot different in the US
I like all kinds of rock. Except Nickelback or Bon Jovi and such, who are artists I only listen to when I'm in a very specific mood for listening to them, hahah. I grew up listening to Linkin Park, My Chemical Romance and Breaking Benjamin; the early music of Muse is the best for me, and now I'm just into a lot of things. My basic music, like, the soundtrack of my life, is classic rock: Queen, ACDC, Beach Boys, Bowie, Pink Floyd, The Eagles... But it depends a lot on how I feel! For example, a band that really gets me when I'm feeling good is Foster and the People, and if I want to listen to depressing music I will probably play Kodaline or others I don't recall, really. Just, so many bands now. Last concert I went to was Fall Out Boy.
Education is a very long topic to discuss. Now it's getting better, but there are a lot of things we still have to improve.

Does anyone else get slightly worried that your expectations of romance and sex become too high because you find yourself wanting a relationship like all those shougo mangas out there? Sometimes I wonder if I've become desensitized to real life because nothing will ever be as perfect as the stories I read.
Obviously it hasn't stopped me from date, among other things, but sometimes I wonder if I'll ever find someone that will love me the way it's portrayed in manga.
Exactly; I don't feel slightly worried, I'm incredibly anxious, because I also feel that after reading so much shoujo and romance that nothing will ever live up to my expectations after reading so much manga about amazing, loving relationships and all the trials they go through that are overdramatized...
Finding someone perfect like that is... incredibly difficult. Probably impossible, and maybe they don't exist X( But it doesn't hurt to try, and its great that you do! I'm sure someone will love you that way some day (⌒▽⌒) maybe just not in the way you anticipated it to be, as always... but either way, happiness comes in many forms! best of luck to both of us :)
I'm really glad it's not just me! I realize that I can't have a love like those in stories or movies, but some part of me wants a strong connection to the person I choose to fall in love with. And as I get older, I find it harder and harder to find, because as I grow up, and become more realistic with life (although I'm sure I'll never be old enough to enjoy manga, or any good story for that matter)

We all know what the entertainment industry targets at when it comes to selling romance, but we can't help it; we all want to have a relationship like the ones we see and read about! Like you said, as time goes on and well, life gets shorter, we realize that what we want isn't going to be out there for us. Being realistic is great, but maybe when you find someone who is less than what you expected to be, having an imagination will also be great XD And yes, no one is ever too old for manga. Qick question, if I want to be updated on new chapters of manga I like, do I push the 'already reading' button or the 'I want to read' button? I'm not sure why sometimes I don't get updates
'already reading' button.. because i tried using the 'want to read' button for a manga and haa , i didnt get any updates for that manga .
If you push 'already reading' or 'now reading' you will get the notif, but if you push 'want to read' there's no notif if the manga get

You only get notifications for now reading or already read
You get notified for now reading and already read, which is really helpful, because let's say you finished a manga and marked it as 'already read,' then if an extra is added or something then you'll still be notified of it.
Also, you only get notified once a day. So you might notice that a manga has been updated but you didn't get notified, it's not broken, it's just that when the 'notification time' comes then you'll get the update then (I was so confused about this at first)

i don't know about that... somehow i'm not notified when i mark my mangas 'already read'. (my reading manga notice is properly doing its job so i don't have a problem with it) i only notice the newly added extra it when i go over my read list to fix my tag. it happened twice...i dunno maybe it's late in notice but i'd rather mark the manga i want to receive notice of as 'reading'
