The reason why nine is being overprotective is Bc Melissa is the only one he has. Like- nobody cares for him until Melissa came into his life. And yes, It is true that there’s no reason for him to be overprotective. But it’s just instincts. He saw Melissa get injured badly and she almost died. That must have traumatized Nine.
Besides if it ever gets out out of hand don’t get mad at Nine. It’s not his fault for being scared to lose someone he cares about. Plus Melissa isn’t a weak character you guys know that. She can talk abt it if it ever gets out of hand.
It genuinely sounds like I’m babying Nine but I’m not. He’s someone who is, yes, strong but I feel like you guys are interpreting this sudden overprotective act wrong. Remember, Nine was abandoned by everyone. Imagine losing the first person to care about you. That must be terrifying.

Both have done some bad things/ give out bad vibes (Cain really didn’t do anything bad but he gives me a weird vibe)
Overall, they’re a mystery which makes them more sus.
But both have their plus sides tho

Cain- he’s a happy cheerful male that says master-
Yahwi- he got looks
Cain- he also got looks (both look plain but hot at the same time- no hate to the author!!)

So overall I think both male leads are sus as hell and that some people shouldn’t turn this team thing into a whole ass war where we point knives at each other- (But I mean ig if you want to. you can-)

I can see why people are saying the ml Is supposedly gonna “rape” or is “raping” the mc.

Anyways, basically the reason why the mc is saying he feels feels weird and he doesn’t like it is because he is new to this feeling. Keep in mind this feeling is i guess overstimulation?? He says it feels weird because he never felt this form of pleasure whenever he did it with the ml or his ex. So he’s confused with this sudden extreme pleasure that he never felt. Also a lot of times when it comes to describing extreme pleasure, people would say it feels weird because they can’t describe how they’re feeling.
Another part is the mc saying he’s scared of being punished. The reason why he’s saying this is because of his ex. If I’m remembering correctly his ex, whenever he’s mad at the mc, would do it with him as punishment and say it’s a form of love. Because of this the mc is scared that he made the ml mad and that he is going to do this type of “love” to him.
