I really can’t handle the way the duke or Alicia are acting. They’re both hiding everything, then angry that the other won’t be open and honest. So stupid and hypocritical. I get really turned off by a FL who supposedly is smart, gives everyone else the benefit of a doubt, except the ML. And even more turned off my a ML who thinks lying = protecting. Helena, Adrian, Alicia, Chase - none of them are likeable to me.
I feel like I need to stop reading this for a while and get past all these terrible misunderstandings. I hate that everyone is hiding their feelings and no matter what someone is going to be heart broken! ::sobbing::
