Omegaverse without getting pregnant

Nah no concent, The Dom can force the Sub to do what ever they want if they want to..
So its just Omegavers with no pregnants, as Sub's are treated like property and have practicaly no human rights once "marked"/ have a colar put on their neck.. like a slave.
Dom's can force a colar on a Sub's neck and bomb the SUb is now the Dom's property even if it was against the Sub's will.

Yes if the Alpha who is the "faited pair" dies the omega who was marked by thair faited pair suffers, but if they wernt faited then the Omega just lives like a Beta. The omega never has to wory about heat again and can live a normal life and function in society.

This is also the reason why its "ok" for alphas to dump their "marked" omegas in omegaverse.
