First of all let me say that I fucking hate the main couple but I also want them to have a happy fucking ending ,their personalities are just so complicated tht also complicates their relationship what i can say is that they lack communication and they rely too much on their desires and sexual feelings.They always blurt out the first words that come to their minds,they do not try to understand each other.kyouichi is just too fucking cold while imagase is too pushy and possessive.But even though I have a complicated love/hate relationship with this manga the final quote of imagase fucking broke my heart into milliom pieces "you'll probably throw me put eventually
maybe i'll gaze dumbfounded at a life qith nothing left,that's okay I'll watch ypu leave knowing our love has died.I'll adorn the road of death with flowers since that's all I can do" typing this hurts me.The good thing that he tought is that he fairly gives up if that future happens becs i think that whatever happens enough is enough.I wish imagase will find someone better but I love how in the end they're both trying hard to keep the thin string holding their relationship together strong like buying rings etc.Overall satisfied with the ending they both deserve what happens in tge future even if it is good or bad
