like, i finished reading it but after a point i was just trying to power through and it was just kinda... dumb.
1. immediate isekai acceptance 2. boy mom/mama's boy 3. 'but they're just bad' as evidence 4. uhh, is there no contraception? she avoided sleeping with her husband for... years 5. kiss as poison relief 6. (i don't know why this bugged me so much but) the way they draw blankets 7. translation on names flip-flopping

I honestly thought it was such a bogus plot that they didn't even sleep together for 7 years.. It's like an imagination of a marriage by a 7-year-old kid .. Other than that, I feel like the story is actually sooo adorable.
she fell for him way too fast after running away. y'all can debate whether or not she was justified in running away in the first place. (i say yes because although her views were coloured too much by the og plot, it's still true that he coerced her into the engagement in the first place.) but! pre-escape she looks at him in fear and when he catches her instead of sorting anything out with him she's just immediately like *badump* oh, guess i got caught teehee. now i can never escape~♡
idk, a lot of comments already brought it up but the age vs body stuff was weird and i didn't like it. also, the cutesy smiles when it's a serious moment and she's sword-fighting. the stupidly frilly fashion for the boss fight. in a word somehow it all seemed very empty-headed.
idk, this reads like watching somebody playing with dolls. boring and plastic.
the lack of nipples distracted me a little but i understand that they probably had to get past some censorship. aside from that, damn i can't believe they had to murder that man three separate times in a row. what is he, rasputin??

No. There are female characters but beyond them being family/friends/subordinates, there's no relationship.
What about that burn mark girl, their was clear indication of romance tho, does it not progress any further? Is she not the fl?
The closest we get to a female lead is the elven saint girl. And even then it's not really. He mostly treats her like a subordinate.
the whole house thing is weird. they're like, oh no, we have no architects. the art of making buildings has been lost. so when they visit the neighbouring country they're so amazed by people having nice buildings. and, yeah, maybe nobody would have tried building anything while the crazx tyrant was on the throne. but obviously he's been dead for a while now.
........and not once in 100 years did someone say, hey, maybe we can make an offer for a builder to immigrate here? maybe we should have some of our people apprentice away for a while? maybe we should look at one of the sturdier houses and attempt to replicate it?
And you can build a house without an "architect". Our house didn't have an architect. My uncle's house didn't have an architect. My auntie's house also didn't have an architect. My grandparents house didn't need one and they just recently added a second floor to their house. And so does most of the houses on our neighborhood. Our house 10 years old now. And it's still perfectly fine, my grandparents were even older.
My irritation stemmed from this! Like society can live without architects. Yes, we won't have skyscrapers, but that's it! Imagine trying to make architects seem bigger than they are.
Like I could understand if the author used the premise of farmers or doctors or teachers. Like these 3 professions, society cannot get by without them!
There was, like, one kiss. And it came with the knowledge that it was their FIRST kiss which is insane. Can you imagine being married to someone for THREE YEARS and having only kissed (not to mention anything further such as consummating the marriage for example) just ONCE. Crazy.
Oh yeah, and the ending was kinda dumb.
