long explanation:
“PH” on the chapter title means “placeholder” - meaning the official still isn’t out or the uploader still hasn’t uploaded. it’s so that no one uploads over them. kinda like “i’m the uploader for this series and i will post it here when the new one is out, kindly keep out”

Its a placeholder, I think it is to prevent that bots upload not official translations. The uploader replaces them with the oficial translation ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
