I remember reading the comments before starting the story and didn't understand a single one (of course) I didn't realize how split the comment section is about this and the translator notes. For me personally I didn't mind either, I just sort of made peace with the existence of both. I enjoyed the translators notes because it kept things grounded in reality, even if i didn't agree with some things. Its good though that it didn't continue, as it does get pretty distracting from the story itself. Its okay to enjoy this kind of story even if it didn't start or end in a happy note, and im glad the author at least said that too. It seems we're in an era right now where people are making their distaste on a story very loud, and I see where they're coming from. But I grew up with these kinds of stories so I'm just used to them tbh lol. I see it as, yes these stories are fucked up but that's what I like. Not all stories are going to be happy, and it's funny I say that because I prefer to watch happy movies lol. Stories like this are definitely not to tread lightly if you are weak minded. It's good to keep that in mind before reading. We need a healthy balance of both recognizing the fucked up parts of a story before we read it, and being okay with enjoying this kind of psychological drama while acknowledging the depth of it. It brings up heavy topics and I love that. I loved how realistic it got, that Minho went through so many emotions as the victim in this situation. I remember now that I wasn't able to read this before, but came back to it and read through the whole thing. It was an enjoyable, fucked up story. And no I did not like the ending, but it made sense and fit with the story. Overall, it was interesting. I hope we can be able to discuss darker stories like this everyone

I liked your comment, it's a good difference nowadays.

Just because stories like this have really dark themes and are fucked up, doesn't mean they can't be discussed as any other story out there. They can be analyzed as any other, and many people will have their own interpretations and conclusions.
People can like this and, at the same time, not support abuse in real life.

No hate to anyone, and I completely understand if anyone disliked this. When I first read it, I wasn't into it at all tbh. But I honestly really like the turn around, even if it was an absolute rough start. It's not a perfect story, but God did it make such a good come back, that I can't help but like it for that. In the end, I enjoyed the story :3
