Not an anime series but an anime movie. It's called Midori. It's a pretty explicit and graphic movie with themes of rape and assault of a child. It's banned in Japan and the movie was animated entirely by one man because absolutely no one else wanted to make this messed up dumpsterfire of a movie a reality. It's also a novel.
