I'm trying to look for that one yaoi manga/manhwa wherein seme is a psycho serial killer undergoing theraphy (where uke's ex is his doctor, and at some point doc fell for seme. And uke's ex told uke about le seme coz he knew uke has a sort of weird interest in knowing/keeping people's deep dark secrets. And that seme's MO and such sorta facinated him). Over time uke sort of manipulated seme into falling/obsessing over him and it worked (too well). Seme slipped and killed someone that's out of his MO which pissed off uke coz it made seme seem like just any other murderer out there and tried to cut seme off but instead seme ended up killling the doctor-ex (coz he thought uke still liked him). And I forgot the rest after coz my phone reset and I cant retrieve it's history
