i really recommend getting a good nights sleep and after you're caught up maybe someone can sum it up

Ahh ok, i got to 85. I understand abit now. The grand dukes were also players like them, that couldn't defeat the heretical being. The tower worked as a barrier, that only reinforce it self once every floor is conquered. The empires must work together to defeat the heretical being. But becoz mc's empire was so far ahead that the guides had to put in some balance. The timelimit happened coz they r considered to have enough development now. Idk whats up with the leylines yet tho. Im guessing it has smth to do sith froggy.
So far, it reminded me of S classes that i raised abit coz of " Worlds getting eaten", cute mascot animals, gods being guides/systems, raising strong charas and everyone falling in love with mc trope. Im somewhat guessing that the dream ml had was the time loop? That once they defeated the finger nail bastard, all the eaten worlds get purified to afterlife and that he saw mc as the savior? Coz that thing eats grudges if i didn't hallucinate. Im abit disappointed tho, cox theres so many characters, yet not enough going on for them. Maybe they will add it in extra chaps? But we barely know much of mcs skills even, other than the fact that he can buff and shoot arrows.

So far, im enjoying it. But hopefully the other characters will get somewhat screen time on extras. Also, that recap of froggie reminded me of fro from fairy tail lol. Imma catch up on sleep now.

Oh from what I understand the grand dukes are players. They are kings or leaders from other worlds that heretical being has destroyed. And the guides (they were gods before all this) gathered all of the leaders that were so filled with hate (that they literally resurrected themselves) and put them all in the same dimension to kill the heretical being. And I think the player kings are kind of like another buff to help the kingdoms reach a new level of power because the kings before weren’t able to. Or whatever who knows but I gather that the grand dukes aren’t players because they said that the heretical thing will go after earth if they don’t stop it now.

ARE NOT PLAYERS. I literally wrote that whole thing just for it to cut out the main part lol.

From what I understand between the dukes and the player kings relationship is the guides (gods?) bring players to their world as outsourced help or smth and the dukes get dreams of like the future (playthroughs? Alternate timelines? Smth like that) and the dukes test the players if they’re the “perfect king” that they see in their dreams that will save them from their eternal destruction. If the players aren’t “the one” the dukes go mad with desperation (i think?) and/or kill the unqualified players so that they get a new one?
