This was an amazing story from the seme's POV. It was like watching a typical Yaoi from the other side of the looking glass. I adored this. So nice to know all the insecurities a seme goes thru while pursuing his cute uke. Six stars!
How come in the future Touya didn't recognize the name Maiko or Iko? Wouldn't she have been his aunt? Other than that I thought it was great. A much more original concept than most.

haha, perhaps she aged badly? Or made him use a nick-name? Perhaps she and sensei broke up before he grew up?
After finishing the manga I thought that Kamijou and Tsugumi(the couple in chapter 14.5) were like the reincarnations of the Maiko and Yuu. Since they saved Haruka, that sort of changed the course of history a little and the couple didnt meet in the same place, manner, or with the same experience.
But I'm almost positive that I'm wrong lol. I just like to think that way cause I wanted them together.

I feel like this is unfinished and that his secret was that he was actually a uke. A couple times he mentioned that Mei-chan was a real man. And Mei did seem kind of cool and almost seme-ish in parts. And then near the end Akihiko mentions Mei pushing him down one day. I am so suspicious! I can totally see Mei growing up to be a cool seme! Am I the only one?
My brother blacks out when he drinks heavy alcohol and believe me, you are not yourself when you are like that. He's even tried to hit on me when he's like that. We have had to call the cops on him a few times because we felt unsafe around him. (He doesn't drink anymore, thank God)
I'm not trying to excuse the seme's behavior but I did find it very believable. Blackouts and alcohol poisoning are serious business.
On a slightly different note, I was glad the uke hit him after. So many yaoi rape victims forgive too easily. Course he did forgive him, but only after he understood the situation.
