The details are really blurry but I'm pretty sure it was about a photographer that had a bad past with this guy, and then when he had to take pictures the model turns out to be the guy. Think the model was dark haired, taller and the top while the photographer was light haired.
And the dialouge was possibly comedic/outrageous in style.
