i want Anika to survive and run away... we don't know much of her story, but it seems like she genuinely cared about FL which is why she wanted to 'put her out of her misery'... the king is so awful to her and everyone else around him ;-;

such pretty art for an overdone plot... imho it would've been more interesting if the og Ophelia had regressed after dying, rather than being replaced. i feel like her character was much more interesting and had more potential, especially in the dynamics between the ml, crown prince, and Fleur... but idk that's just me ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Oh hard agree. They really passed on using one of the most interesting and influential characters. Massive lost opportunity.
Plus, it feels weird and ick for whatever the loyalty and support the ML gave the OG to just be transferred automatically to the MC.
It cheapens and makes light of his character, his feelings, and motivations (not that this story is super deep but you get the idea).
Unless there’s more plot twisting, like the MC and OG are the same person or that there were more cold hearted reasons ML was loyal to the OG.
