"get up and at least try", "just go for a walk", "just go out you'll feel better." I have mdd (major depressive disorder) whenever episodes of depression hit they last for months making everything hard the only time I leave the house is to go to the psychiatrist so they'll refill my meds. It makes many things hard like getting up to shower or cook...... 1 reply
I personally have depression, anxiety, and insomnia. I try different medications and go to therapy quite frequently, the anxiety part is quite troublesome because I get extremely anxious talking to people even online I end up not being able to hold a conversation.
