Ok, I'm satisfyed. I mean it's never gonna be as good as the original artist, but it does seem like this new artist worked really hard to create an art that is similar and has the same kind of style? Even tho the characters still look different, they're not too different, so I'd call one of the best artists substitute artist I've seen, so good job. I do think their hair looks a bit weird at times, it looks like they have way more hair now, so in that sense it seems more fantasy like, while before it was more realistic? And the characters age look looks a bit off? But I'm still happy with it, because I was expecting way worse than this xD
This made me think of my dad, he wasn't a very good dad so I was always kind of preparing myself for when he left, but when he did leave all there was inside me was emptiness and I just miss him so much, I wish I had stoped trying to protect myself from pain and tryed harder. Life is really unpredictable...
Ok, is it just me that is very confused???
I'm a little confused as well. Luckily I have read the novel so I know that she's being selfish and wallowing in self pity. It sounds like she's blaming Theo or maybe the whole family for her husband dying and basically not being able to have a relationship with her son because of the curse. And it's like ???? The death of your husband is just unfortunate but BITCH YOU CHOSE TO LEAVE YOUR SON.
I get the feeling that she's going to have a more in depth character but I hope that her actions are not justified.
I don't understand, he saw that she was indeed preparing to die when he took the pills... And now he's so surprised that she actually did it? Also how does he not know that she saw her father die? What did he think would happen when they lived in the same house? And what he thinks only war scars you, only war traumatises you? Dude, you were hurt by the nobles, emotionally if anything, you should know that that kind of thing hurts, and yet you don't understand how much she's suffering? He's ridiculous, he basically is stuck between his love and the hate he feels for her... But love/hate relationships can be so much better than this, clearly he hates her more than he loves her, but he still can't decide, I bet after this he's still not gonna let her go.... She has no friends, spends all day at home depressed, when she actually went out you followed her and threatened her that she couldnt get away from you, ruining the best say she had in so long... You know how much everyone hates her, yet made her face people at a party and what play a piano like nothing happened? Did you wven care to notice she hadnt played the piano since her dad died? Why is that? Hmm?
Also, I firmly believe this is very unfair to her. I mean in those times, the nobles wpuld raise their daughters to be little flowers that don't think and are only beautiful, so I'm not surprised she didn't know about anything... Once they got married he could have talked to her and presented everything to her so that she could face it and understand that he had to kill her father. But nope he kept her in the dark just like her father... The only thing I do think she's guilty of is not having curiosity, she was never curious about those that weren't nobles... And also she had a gut feeling something was weird when she saw that women being dragged, but she didn't want to know deep down, deep down she never questioned anything her father said and yes ignorance can be a fault too, but the way he punishes her while even giving her a chance to try to make up for the past so that she doesn't drown in her own guilt is just stupid... I mean clearly his servants don't even care for her, they constantly leave her alone and never care to check to see if she's alright. They do their job, nothing more nothing less, so yet again she is alone in a house that had like 100 people counting the knights and the servants... I really hate character, he's infurianting...
Omg, it's backkkk, yessss
I've re-read this a bunch of times while waiting for the new season
