I liked the side stories with the babies and when theyve grown up, but I didn't care about the reversed characters, I would have preferred more babies stories
<hello everyone, I am looking for a shounen I read quite long ago. I don't really remember everything, it was not in this era, the hero has a right (or maybe left...?) hand like a machine (not Dgrayman but can be close), it seems it was surgically done.
Please help if you have maybe an idea of what it might be, even other mangas can be good for a new reading.

i forget about tittle of shounen ai manga i think, the story is about human and devil , the devil give his live for human , it sad ending btw , anyone can help me???
