Lwk I would be against it if it would be true. It seems like he is still traumatised what he did and scared of himself ( with these thoughts and possibilities). In the relationship he would be very insecure and that would be very unhealthy.

Please help if you have maybe an idea of what it might be, even other mangas can be good for a new reading.

Of all the works of the mangaka, this one is the one I like the least. Everyone is annoying, Hana is too weak, Renjaku, frankly I don't know what Hana sees in him, the mother is horrible Hana should get mad at her and block her, the sister is also a bitch and Hana let her step on him and he can't see she's bad. The only solution for me would be Hana grow some balls and leaves everyone, disappear and starts anew, he should make everyone regret. But I'm sure the mangaka will make Hana forgive them all and that sucks
