Easy, he has brothers (Nashid) XD who already got a lover and a child. Shuraka has plans in ending the family curse anyway so he has no plans of fathering an heir bcoz they might manifest it.

Since Mr. Top has lived for so long, I thought he would have at least some basic essential like a decent bed or some sort of mat bedding, and proper blankets and or proper heating system. At the core, he is still a snake.
