You can't add people as friends here, but you can follow them. For Desktop- Click on their homepage, on the right should be their pfp and bio, click the follow button For Mobile- Click on their homepage, scroll all the way down to their pfp and bio, click the follow button
To search for people, just go on your browser and search [User] Mangago Homepage Ex. Megumii Mangago Homepage
