i have read the comments and i’m wondering if the author has some type of kink to make mc that miserable, like first off his life was miserable and i find out it gets worse for him later on and the bad guy wins in the end ???? like what’s the point of reading this

I've honestly been pretty surprised the another knows so much about American culture. I had to double check this was actually a Korean webcomic. Their depiction of stuff like frats and football is super accurate. I wonder if they lived in the US or went to college there?

Yea author is Korean! OG comic is in Korean. I’m actually kind of assuming that they may have spent some time going to college in the US. There are always a lot of transfer students who go to college in the US to improve their English.
I also think the author is incredibly smart. There are so many things in this series that just makes it next level. This is such an underrated series for real.

1. people are saying that the ml made homophobic comments but honestly i think you guys misinterpreted him and the conversation he had with mc. i think he hates the idea of mc liking soohwa and he called it disgusting bc he can’t picture and doesn’t want to picture the idea of mc being with another person besides himself, his a little obsessive.
2. The mc also needs to stop making assumptions when it comes to ml. the ml hasn’t said anything about hating gay ppl yet mc automatically thinks the ml is homophobic (he also did the same thing with his other best friend)
