I don't know why but while they were repeating on the manga millions of times that glasses Gus has the best body ever and that he cannot be more alluring I just couldn't feel it. To me it looked to plain to be described like that （￣へ￣）weeelll the seme and his friend were hot though ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
After I read something that is going to have an impact on the story I normally, without me realizing, start to imagine a lot of creative ways that the story can develop and it didn't change in this one.
I know it might sound super pessimistic but what if the main character is actually the maou.
Think about it. He never sees the face of the maou of his past life and thanks to his past experiences he often is possessed during a spirit of hate or something. What if Nakoururu didn't invent the technique of enhancement but just got the perfect form that he is describing on this chapter. What if everything is part of a loop that involves both of the spaces...(●￣(ｴ)￣●)

Did somebody understood the last story. Because I did't ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
I'll keep it short so you don't get bored haha. Omega just goes with the flow and sleeps around because that's what people expect of him and he likes it that way. He sleeps with customer only to later find out she is engaged. The next person he sleeps with is her fiancee, which omega is unaware of. Fiancee sought out the omega out of revenge. The woman is the fiancee's one and only love. He thinks the woman was just one of many partners for the omega (aka not special at all) and wants to hurt the omega for carelessly taking his precious person. He ends up liking the omega and at the end reveals the whole story, drugs the omega, and abandons him with no way of contacting him again. Basically the couple treated the omega unfairly and took out their own issues on him. After this the omega starts taking things more seriously in hopes of finding his own love, which is why he starts taking his heat suppressants and moves into the omega only housing he had previously scorned.
