Honestly given that the ML is fine kissing and cuddling with him, I think him not wanting to have sex with the MC is due to his father traumatizing him as a child and now he probably has an aversion to any sexual encounters (even seeing the MC take off clothes caused him to freak out). That is probably also why he suggested the MC to sleep with others bc he probably has such a dislike for sexual encounters
Even in the raws, when the ML woke up the next morning (after they had sex) he seemed so distraught but idk if it’s because he did have sex and it reminded him of his father or if it’s because he thinks it was with someone else and feels like he betrayed him or it could be both
