Yeah I think I know which one you're talking about, that app won't open either.
I recommend the app mangareader > you can download most manga and choose various source although not all mangas from mangago are there esp. BL they do have alot of updates. Make sure u choose mangakakalot and mangahere as source

Hi everyone, i just noticed that my reading list is all clear and i had like 40 mangasv and stuff there. What’s happening???
Basically mangago crashed, tried to recover everyone’s lists but it didn’t work well. This happened a while ago you’re just gonna have to add them all back manually again.
