Honestly I don’t know what’s more shocking: Dan sleepwalking into the ocean about to drown and die or Jaekyung being there to save him. But I’m just wondering just how tired a person has to be, mentally and physically, that their subconscious is pushing them towards danger like that. Dan is hanging by a thread, and as much as it pains me, I’d say that Jaekyung is the only one who’ll be able to help Dan after his grandma dies, because I’m sure she’s the only person keeping him from destroying himself completely.
I like your comment . Dan is hopeless and helpless. Even before he met jk he was already suffering - from poverty,piles of debts,abused from the loan sharks,and that malicious doctor. Now he's also guilty because he cannot do something for his grandma who did everything to raised him alone. He's afraid to be left alone. These caused Doc Dan to breakdown. He has no one to turn to and no home to return. When he was with Heesung and potato in chapter 58,he was happy but not totally because the person he wants to be with is not there. Even when potato told him that the spray incident wasn't his fault and that jk now knew,Dan wasn't relieved.

I agree. There’s too much Dan went through, from when he was a child to now it just got worse and worse. And I do understand that all this stuff added to Dan being insecure and thinking everything is his fault and so now he feels enormously guilty for every little wrong thing he does, even when it’s not his fault. It really pains me to see him bending himself for others and giving away every ounce of his being like he’s nothing but a ghost pretending to live. Maybe I’m too hopeful, but I want Jaekyung to have changed and to be worried about Dan so much that he just does everything for him, and makes sure Dan knows he deserves to be happy, taken cared of and listened to and everything else a human needs. I really want to see Dan’s personality develop more, for the better and just seeing him become more selfish and asking for things, because Jaekyung can and will (forcefully from me) do anything to get him back.

I cried for Dan because of his grandma but when I got to Jaekyung's part, I am smiling and jumping like I'm the happiest woman alive, because my baby boy is free and is trying to move on.
