Mary Ellen is an ignorant character, I don’t understand how she could be written as the best friend of Kaitlyn and then dates the man who wants to destroy the business her bff worked so hard to rebuild. Logically no. Especially since Mary Ellen was kept in the loop the whole time Kaitlyn was helping Cole fix up the place. The whole “you don’t understand him” thing was so dumb cause she went on one date and you know his true character?
I’m glad things worked out in the end but still ruined her as a character for me.
