No, that's her uncle. I think the dad and her brother are already dead. I'm not sure about the dad dying but the brother, I think he had the same sickness as Lariete except she was healed by Doha so she lived but her brother was not.

That's her uncle (the father's brother) that they also cut ties with. However, he actually supports her and was worried about her.
In response to the other comment, the dad was actually executed I believe after the kidnapping at the end of season 1 that was led back to him. The brother also died because while Dora secretly healed her, he gave him the same disease as a threat that if her ever harmed her again he would speed it up and kill him the same day. I think it's in the starting chapters of season 2 that the brother was killed and the dad's mentioned mid season when she's still in the run with Dora.

it was impossible since if they yujin wants to go back, then eugene will die immediately. also, eugene told him that he had a short life span anyways so if he decided to go back, he'll die a lot sooner
