Hi guys pls help I forgot a title of a manga I once read, the world/envorinment and vibes as well I feel very similiar to gokurakugai. Iirc it is a world where unknown subtance can cause humans to mutate their body parts into animal like features and I think the MC is some sort of back alley doctor who also accidentally got infected with this substance when he scrounging for something in a abandones building/factory. That's all I can remember...
The plot is about mc accidentally transmigrated to another world with a girl then the ones summoning them told them they summoned a saint/saintess then the girl proclaimed to be the saintess and claimed the mc hurt her. Suddenly a dragon(?) attacked the castle and stated mc to be his soulmate so luckily mc did not get detained/attacked by guard/army of the castle. After arriving the dragon's place, the servant conngratulated the dragon aka their master that he finally found his mate. The servants who also seems to be dragonkin told mc if the dragon male lead cant find his soulmate they would die.

Can't help but relating megumi's despair of losing his sister (even killing her with sukuna taking over his body) to my friend's depression of losing their father who was their only drive to live. I see it in megumi's efforts and fight for tsumiki. This also happens with friend since they have a bad mother, making it their father means everything for them.
