I have a temper similar to Jaekyung where i get angry and explosive but not abuse(none that I aware of) and I am changing but when the only emotion you know is anger.. its hard to change that. It takes me a lot of crying and resenting myself because i couldn’t handle my temper and often exlode to the people I love. I did not explode to strangers but I get super defensive around colleagues and acquaintances.
