Long story short, the blond "sponsored" the ML (yes, he'll be the ML according to the novel) and in cliche way thr ML liked the blond MC. No surprise really.

Wow, Duke Escra is such a jerk and the way Ravi felt. It's only a glimpse but thinking deeply about it, he must hate the guy so much. Even saying "wanting to see the guy his daughter ran to" like it's not her actual half-sibling who shares the same mother and looked after her after the all high and mighty scary duke regained his memories and left their small albeit broken family. It's a dick move really and I'm mad about it!!
