Tbh i know that this is just a comic and it's just a fantasy, but this chapter made me soooo uncomfortable. Like, I don't care if someone has some kinks or just likes specific stuff in bed. I don't care if someone is into polygamy or exhibitionism.
But if you see a sexuologist or any other specialist in order to fix a problem with your partner, then the specialist should focus on that problem only. If they know a solution, they will say so, of they don't, they will try to find one by talking. Asking people to have sex in front of them is definitely an alarming sign. No specialist has any rights that would allow them to ask people for such acts of intimacy, especially if they do that for their own benefit (e.g. they are aroused by the situation and their job is just a source to relieve their sexual desires). Something like this is an abuse of position and a complete disrespect towards the patients.
I didn't write this comment in order to shit talk about the comic. The only purpose is to make everyone realise that what is a fantasy should be kept a fantasy only. Using others by people in power should not be normalised. Unprofessional acts of those who are supposed to provide help should not be normalised. Abuse should not be normalised.
What happened in this chapter was using others. It was unprofessionalism. It was abuse. Do not normalise it.

I was thinking that too! Even if it is just fantasy, I see this scenario so much in mangas and it always makes me uncomfy.
This comment section clearly says how many people don't understand how important consent is or why it even matters in the first place. I just hope that none of them will ever be in a situation where their "no" is not taken seriously, so they don't have to learn the importance of it in the worst way possible. Consent is important. Consent is hot. Remember that.
