Dont know what going to happen, but an educated guess based on what the manhwa has shown...... its pretty obvious the prince has feelings for the MC considering the flashback he had and why ML is sometimes looking out for MC. Now from what I read from other comments, I think Beatus is also aware of the loops? It makes sense because she's technically the female protagonist AND she mentions ML caring about MC to the maids. If i really had to guess, its probably the Duke or his daughter, or someone we havent met yet(the one that tried to poison the ML?) that has something to do with the two needing to get married. Beatus seems to die every route so maybe she's marrying the prince to save the MC from the cause she does care about him(but also heard that she just sees all the character as fictional characters cause shes died so much). ML must be in on it becuase he also really cares about MC due to whatever happened in their past.
