Nanjo was unhappy with Mok because he revealed their little fling to Sunhwa... yeah they were all entangled but Sunhwa didn't know and obviously won't have approved of Mok fuqin Nanjo's ass lol
Adding on to @readerXwriterfujo, he was especially mad because he felt betrayed since Mokeyon went that far in FRONT of the twink (forgot his name) whom nanjo was fond of- after countless times of giving mokyeon more chances.

it's bc mokyeon manipulated nanjo and used the twink to have sex with him and he also abused nanjo in front of the twink during their threesome when nanjo didnt wanted him to penetrate him in front of the twink but he did it anyway and after during their post nut clarity discussion nanjo understand that mokyeon did evevrything he did to destroy nanjo's relationship with the twink and it made him mad (very understandable reaction tbh)
I think it’s more the opposite where mokyeon didn’t want nanjo to be so intimate with the twink cuz mokyeon liked nanjo
