in the comments, theres a whole thing about yuri and yaoi and whether its bad etc etc. first off, lets discuss bl and gl which is not the same as yaoi or yuri. but is mlm and wlw based romance stories, it is fine to read whatever gender u identify as long as u are not fetishizing it. because lets say ur a woman reading bl. woman usually enjoy bl because they are able to enjoy the romance aspects of the story more without feeling jealous or involved because the lack of female characters. which is the same for most men reading gl. yaoi or yuri on the other hand is bad no matter what gender u are reading it. it doesnt matter if ur fetishizing it or not. because since the content is basically written pørn made for fetishization, u are supporting the content, encouraging the reading of the content or helping the content gain profit even if ur not fetishizing. if the sex defeats the plot + lack of healthy representation then u shouldnt read it. example, even if ur a gay man,,, reading yaoi, ur still supporting the creation of content fetishizing ur own sexuality. I decided to reread the a bit of chapters because my memory was shit and honestly im not that disappointed and i enjoyed the story overall, even if it wasn’t the ending i wanted. I think some are a bit ungrateful about the amount of effort that was put into this story and even if you don’t like who the mc ended up with, that doesn’t mean you should say insults-
although cain is a bit suspicious with the master thing, i do think he actually cares about jooin and cain does respect him. but who am i kidding ? jooin will probably end up with yawhi since he’s the “first male lead” which is quite disappointing considering how toxic he is and the fact that he basically sexually abused jooin at times.
