Uenoyama and Mafuyu are definitely going to argue, and that’s honestly what they need right now. Ue is holding so much stuff back and is doing so many things right now while trying to keep his relationship with Mafuyu stable. Now that he knows the full story with Yuki and Mafuyu, he’s definitely going to see that what he’s been doing is effecting Mafuyu. Mafuyu feels like the past is repeating itself all over again. They’re definitely going to argue because they’re not good with expressing themselves.

No you're wrong, Ue's the one who changed Mafuyu and in the first place Mafuyu moved on already he's just feeling guilty about his past because maybe the past will repeat itself. Mafuyu's just having a hard time making decisions because he's feeling guilty about his past.
The things that Ue's doing right now reminds Mafuyu's past where the things that Yuki was so obsessed with music and forgot about Mafuyu and in the end they just fought but then again because of music, Yuki left.
Mafuyu's just wanted to be happy but the past kept hunting him and he's unable to foget them.
