Where do i apply? Will the groups who do the work take me?
Or will they get offended that im reading something they worked hard on for free? (Im from india and read mangas from this site so is it like im not paying for it like?)

You're inexperienced? A virgin? Let's see, you must contact scanlation groups and tell them you wanna join.
I'm not too experienced too but I know a person who was in a scanlation group. Thye won't get offended because nearly all scanlation groups have their own websites where you can read manga for free. If you want to apply just email them. You can find it (thheir email adress) either in their projects or the website. If a group needs some members they include that on their projects and it's usually on the same page as their email.
